Hello! To be honest, my flight with Southwest Airlines DCA Terminal was excellent. The terminal is smaller than others, but I loved that because it meant there would be no confusion or lengthy walks. Check-in and security went quickly, and the Southwest staff was really helpful. Given that I was traveling with a kid, it felt really doable. There were many of seats close to the gate, as well as a few snack options. If you are traveling from Washington National to Southwest, Terminal 1 provides a straightforward and easy journey. It's undoubtedly one of the calmer airport terminals I've encountered.
